Today's bucket filler might seem a little weird to some of you. But, hey, we all need a reason so smile more, right?
I have a dentist appointment today. It's got me thinking. Do I take good enough care of my teeth?
Starting today, if you aren't already doing it, let's go for a week brushing, flossing, and mouth washing twice a day, everyday. Hopefully, by the end of the week, it'll be routine, and a habit, and you're on your way to prettier, healthier teeth.
Then go put on some bright red lipstick and go out on the town, and show off your gorgeous smile! It's been proven that smiling can improve your mood. Don't believe me? Try it!

Don't you know I hate to brush my teeth and now you want me to floss and rinse as well? JK, I actually like to floss me teeth, that's what makes me brush them in the first place. Good luck at the dentist. I don't know why, but it's always a scary prospect.
I'm actually a maniac when it comes to flossing, brushing and rinsing. SICK I tell you! but I HATE to go to the dentist, maybe you've inspired me to make an appoitment.
Thanks for reminding me I need to go to the dentist. Even though I worked for one for 13 years, I still hate going. Totally agree that smiling puts you in a better mood.

I have some teeth bleach in my fridge that's been siting there for like 4 years. Maybe I should use it.
I've got the brushing down but the expensive trip I just had to the dentist has convinced me to improve with the flossing!
