Bucket Filler

A child's laughter brings pure joy to the soul. Children are easily entertained, and find the simplest things funny.

Today, sit down with your kids (if you don't have any, then borrow some), and just talk to them. Ask them what's going on in their lives. Listen to them tell you what makes them happy. Spend an hour, or two, or four with your children. Play a game, watch a movie, play beauty shop, play super heroes, build a fort, play pretend.

Today, be a kid with your kids. Let loose, and enjoy these precious fleeting moments you have with your children.

There is not much that can compare with middle of the afternoon jumping on the bed...hiding under the covers...tickling...pretending to eat the grapes carved in the headboard. Love my kiddos!

My favorite thing to do is to hear what they have to say. Even with other people's kids. Like in primary or wherever. They can be so funny.

You are so right. Nothing can crack me up like my silly kids!

I need to think of a fun thing to do (even at home) with my girls tomorrow. Larry is taking my son to a dinosaur show, and the girls are feeling left out. BUt if we play, They'll be fine. It's getting harder to figure out how to entertain them, though, as they get older.

Thanks for a great bucket filler. You are doing awesome at this!

I love to listen to my children.. Some of the things they come up with is priceless.

Btw- if anyone doesn't have a child- I'd be willing to donate mine for awhile, maybe one, or two or three....

What?!!!!!

Great filler, Sher! I will have to do this with the kids I work with. If I don't want to punch them in the face first.

they've already got a fort built. All I have to do is neglect my responsibilities and have fun! Check, check!

I love to listen to their laughter too. Wish I had read your post first before my daughter and I argued! Oye!
