Music heals the soul. Music is a MAJOR part of my life. It is therapeutic for me to play, and to listen to music.
Today, whatever you are doing, take a time out, and turn on the radio. At home, or in the car or where ever. Turn on your favorite song, and crank it up as loud as you can. AND SING!!!
It doesn't matter if you were born with Broadway pipes, or if you are totally tone deaf. Singing is therapeutic.
For today, who cares what you sound like? Just jam out to your favorite song.
It will make you happy!

I totally agree! I love to jam out in the car and in my scraproom...sometimes it is fun to turn it up while I am cleaning the house too...much more fun to dance while cleaning!
Great Idea! When Nick is home he is always wanting to turn on some music! ANd I do love it! But when i am home its is more quiet! What a great tip! Thanks! It really does make you happy to hear some good tunes!
I don't really listen to music at home, just in my car.
And I was belting it out last night, and didn't hear my cell phone ring numerous times.
Right now I am hearing, "Honey, honey, how you thrill me, ah-hah, honey, honey..." Yeah, I'm pretty happy.
I always have music on, no matter where I am~can't live without it!!
I love music, too! That's why I love my Playlist I created and have on my blog. It brings back fond memories and it helps to do some "Chillaxin" (I learned that word from Mother Goose! Love it). I visited your music blog!
I'm with tink -- the music on my blog is more for me than others. Makes me happy. And this is a bucket filler I will have NO PROBLEM doing. Singing makes me happy. I wish I had a piano.
just have to say I'm sick of whiney kids. and dogs. It's all I'm hearing right now! ---- rant over.
I agree. In fact I almost bore my testimony about music on Sunday. And then I remembered I don't bear my testimony in public (unless it's on my blog) except every 5 years.
I do this every time I am in my car!!!
I love music. I love to sing. I need to go put some on ...
