Eat healthily. Have your fill of fruits and veggies, eat more yogurt and cheese, but it's okay to eat ANYTHING in moderation! If you know you're eating well, you'll know your body is healthy. Eating healthily is all about getting the right nutrients.

I feeling pretty good about this one today. Tyler gorund up some Flax seed to put in our cereals in the morning so I sprinkled some on mine this morning. I guess there's all kinds of good stuff in flax seed and it's loaded with Omega 3's.
I KNOW I need to work on this. When my kids refuse to eat veggies for the 15th time in a row, it's so much easier to just not cook them. I'll do some kind of vegetable tonight. Thanks for the reminder.

I do so much better with this in the spring and summer than in the winter...

I am always so proud that the first thing my kids eat off of their plates is the vegetables, especially if they are raw. Now if I could just get them to eat the other stuff as quickly... yea like that is going to happen.
