Daily Food Journal, Day 4 -- Happy 4th of July

Day 4 Food Journal:


Breakfast:
Slim fast 1/2 can
Cheerios, skim milk, peaches

Lunch:
tortilla chips and pico de gallo
baby carrots, sugar snap peas
veggie ranch dip

Snack:
canteloupe, grapes
sour cream and cheddar potato chips (in a moment of weakness)

Dinner:
shishkabobs--zucchini, red pepper, pineapple, mushroom, tomato, onion, shrimp
baked potato, corn on cob
