Sounds like you have a lot to celebrate! Congratulations on your accomplishments and try not to beat yourself up for the depression stuff. It was what it is/was, you get to start over each day and do the best you can for that day.

The running thing has me floored. Your goals and mine are very similar.

Way to make me feel guilty about all that running that you did and I didn't! I am going to do better this year. I even got a Forerunner for Christmas! But a half marathon in January? Uh, don't you realize that it is cold in January? How did you do that? Yeah, you're awesome. I'm exercising inside until the sun comes out.

The half marathon is in St. George. So, I get to go on on a little girls' trip and get a little break from the cold. I hope it warmer down there.

Thanks for inviting me! I think I'll take you up on your offer...when it warms up. (I'm a wimp when it comes to cold.) Plus I need to get in a little better shape before I run with you. But seriously, in the spring!

Your answers are probably a LOT more optomistic than mine will be. I plan on doing it tomorrow (Tuesday).

Sher, you are so awesome!!! I am just now truly catching up with your past six or ten posts. I'm so sorry you've been down in the dumps again. I hope this week is a better one for you. I've only been there myself a few times in the past, but not in recent years. My mom occasionally suffers from bouts of depression, and I always feel so helpless, not knowing what to do or say to help. I pray that you can find the right solution for you.
I absolutely love your resolution to just simplify this year. I think it's perfect. I should just try this too, it really encapsulates so much.
Congrats on ALL your accomplishments in the past year. You are really so awesome, and I'm so glad to have met you through the blogosphere, and to be able to call you friend. Hang in there!
